Happy New Year!

Today marks the first day of the Lunar Calendar, a day that is commonly known as the Chinese New Year.  Over the years, this New Years celebration has become increasingly significant in my life.  Like many of you I spend the last days of December  resolving and intending  to make significant improvements to my life in the year to come.   And while I’m usually able to stick to those promises, I find that it takes a few weeks to really get a sense of the vibe and rhythm of the year.  Once I do, I can better position myself to work with the flow  instead of against it.   Going with the flow requires a complete surrender to your greater purpose in life, which can be difficult at best, downright terrifying at worst – but absolutely necessary if you want to live a happy life.   This was the first lesson I learned when I began developing the Feminine Art of Balance™ Program.   For years, I’ve been playing around with the idea in my head (and heart) without fully committing to it.  But no matter how many times I tried to convince myself otherwise,  F.A.B. was to be a part of my purpose, my life’s work, my destiny.   And so it is.

“Just as your car runs more smoothly and requires less energy to go faster and further when the wheels are in perfect alignment, you perform better when your thoughts, feelings, emotions, goals and values are in balance.”

Are you a F.A.B. Girl?

F.A.B. Girls understand that balance is not as much about the amount of  time you devote to different areas of your life as much as it is about the quality of energy you give to things that are important and bring you line with your true purpose.

F.A.B Girls  start each day with ONE question, “How do I want to feel?” and then make it so.

F.A.B. Girls look in the mirror and say “I have everything I want, need and desire, what shall I do with it?

F.A.B. Girls know how to live life from the inside out.

F.A.B. Girls understand that being beautiful is as much about how you feel as it is how you look.

F.A.B. Girls trust and follow their instincts.

F.A.B. Girls  honor their truth.
